Amy Nessill have to look further into "shutting out thoughts" i have tendency to face it head on and not let go...i was not afraid of my thoughts until i was very hurt and abused....if thoughts are abusive then i should shut them out. or not? my mind may be showing me something . dotn worry i get it and i am very capable of sivananda retreats. looking forward to july 1st, i remember doign a retreat with pralada and he yelled "amys dangerous! sarcastically..." i wANT to be aroudn healthy people to refame my life...but i beleive we all have a right to MIND and our own individual will (which i agree should be in alignment with universe and thus god will. and when others are not in alginmetn with you its painful...i will have tolook further into this to see if its me but i dotn think it is . see u this summer.2 days ago
