Mindfulness and Loving Kindness
Develop a strong grounding in both Mindfulness and Loving Kindness practice in the context of Virtue, Mind training, and Wisdom. Participants will learn and practice meditation instructions in a systematic way that refines the fundamental directions through sequential practice periods. These practice periods will have the form of mini-retreats with alternating periods of sitting and walking practice and periods for questions and answers. Participants can expect to develop a familiarity with practice techniques as well as understand the rationale for these practices as cultivators and supports for wisdom.
