If you wish to learn how to achieve optimum, easy and simple nutrition habits for yourself and others, this course is for you. Senior staff of the ashram Well-Being Center will teach the basic principles of Ayurveda, focusing on Ayurvedic nutrition and its potential balancing effects on body and mind. Learn how to understand your own constitution and imbalances. Discover how food can help you recover and maintain your balance. Participants will also study how they can apply these principles to their family members, friends, students, and patients. A hands-on cooking workshop will introduce Western and Indian Ayurvedic recipes. This course is open to all and is ideal for yoga teachers and other health care practitioners including physicians, nurses, and dietitians.
