Memoir writing is a search to discover truth and healing in our own soul stories. This course enables writers to record their own stories. You will learn nurturing breathing techniques along with specific yoga postures, and guided relaxations designed to open your heart and allow you to release memories from your core. The schedule will include daily free-writes, memoir vignettes, a study of the form and structure of memoir writing, and initial organization of your own memoir. Yoga and writing are a perfect blend because they both promote mindfulness. Writing is a great path for Self-discovery.
