Living Foods: Spirit, Practice, Art and Science is an approach to health that encourages ongoing connection to the soul as the true inner-guide, and teaches quick, nutritious recipes and techniques in a way that can be incorporated with joy, elegance and peace. Classes will focus on benefits, cautions and approaches to Living Foods; nutrition and digestion; physical and emotional detoxification; care of the energy body. The course will consist of lectures, food preparation, awareness exercises and discussions.
