Yoga for Beginners Course

Often, the first steps we take on a new journey determine our experience of the entire path. Embark on your journey into the practice of yoga by taking this Yoga for Beginners Course and start your practice in the ideal setting of the Yoga Retreat. Through immersion into the basics of yoga and extensive guided practice and theory studies, you will build your yoga practice on a sound foundation, which will allow you a stable and joyous practice that will last you a lifetime.

The course follows the five points of yoga created by Swami Vishnudevananda for health and inner peace: Proper exercise, proper breathing, proper relaxation, proper diet, positive thinking and meditation.


  • Take at least 1-2 days to get acustomized to the new setting and routine – mellow out & enjoy.  (KAT STEVENS – “Mellon Yellow”). 
  • The Beginners' Yoga Class gave me a comprehensive overview of the practice and participating in the Satsangs (meditation and chanting) and yoga classes will continue with me back home (Ramona Braganza).
