Independence Day Weekend Retreat: Yoga for Stress Reduction

In today’s modern society the physical body and central nervous system are constantly over-stimulated while the mind races out of control with worry, desires and concerns.

During these three days, you will learn how yoga techniques to help you harmonize your body, calm your mind and illuminate your spirit. You will experience the benefits of a lifestyle which embraces soothing yet energizing exercises, mindful meditations, and healthy eating, all centered in the healing and calming elements that flourish at the Ashram.
