Cultivating Love in Our Interpersonal Relationships

Deirdre Fay

Our natural, native experience is to want to feel safe, to feel cared about. This biologically driven need is shaped by our early life attachments. Relational templates are encoded non-verbally before we are four years old. As we grow and develop we still continue to experience these non-conscious patterns and often get frustrated as we want to love, but instead find ourselves angry, or shut down.

By deeply exploring our own needs and longings, we can identify the relationship patterns we have developed during our lifetime that hinder the realization of the companionship we want. Once we identify our relationship patterns, we can learn how to become free of them and begin to cultivate the relationships and lives we intrinsically desire. Join us for this workshop and learn how to develop satisfying and nurturing relationships.
