Celebrate Thanksgiving at the Yoga Retreat. Immerse yourself in the joyful mood of gratitude and appreciation that will characterize this festive weekend. Through lectures and workshops you will learn how to cultivate gratitude and appreciation that are the essence of this holiday. Draw inspiration from all that is good and beautiful and allow the healing natural beauty of ocean and lush gardens to refresh, relax and re-invigorate you.

All are welcome to celebrate together as an extended family - bring the kids, your mom, siblings, friends, or just yourself. The regular Ashram schedule will be supplemented by family and children's yoga classes, special workshops and children's satsang. You are also welcome to take part in the preparation of the Thanksgiving feast, by joining a cooking workshop offering valuable tips and guidance on delicious and nutritious vegetarian cooking.

You will return home uplifted and energized in body, heart and soul.
