Swami Swaroopananda

Swami Swaroopananda is a senior disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. A practicing yogi from a very young age, Swami Swaroopananda has dedicated his life to the practice and teaching of yoga. He taught in Yoga Teacher Training Courses around the world and is currently teaching advanced yoga philosophy courses and lectures internationally. He is the director of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat and the Acharya for the Sivananda centers and ashrams on the West Coast of the United States, the Middle East, and the Bahamas. He is a member of the board of directors of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers.

Swami Brahmananda

Swami Brahmananda is the manager of the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat and a senior staff of the Sivananda organization. A long-time practitioner of Yoga, he regularly teaches yoga philosophy and meditation for the Sivananda Yoga Teacher Training Courses as well as Meditation Immersion courses. He is a much-loved, inspiring and knowledgeable teacher.

Joseph Mitchell

Joseph Mitchell, CP, is the executive director of the Earth & Spirit Center in Louisville, Kentucky. He is a Catholic priest and member of the Passionist religious order. Fr. Mitchell studied theology at Catholic Theological Union in Chicago and earned a graduate degree in Philosophy, Cosmology and Consciousness from the California Institute of Integral Studies. His work includes presenting retreats in Christian spirituality, meditation courses, workshops in the new cosmology, and religious environmental programs.

Rodney Devenish (Karma Kunzang Palden Rinpoche)

Karma Kunzang Palden Rinpoche (Rodney Devenish) is one of the three spiritual directors of the Dharma Fellowship of H.H the Gyalwa Karmapa. He is co-founder of The Hermitage, a meditation retreat center in B.C., Canada and an elder disciple of the late Karma Namgyal Rinpoche of the Kagyu School of Tibetan Buddhism.

Alan Godlas (Abd al-Haqq)

Alan 'Abd al-Haqq Godlas, PhD, has been involved in traditional Sufi practice and its academic study for 40 years. He has been authorized to teach in the Naqshbandi and Shadhili lineages, is the founder of Sufis Without Borders—an international online community of Sufis—and also teaches Sufism at the University of Georgia.
