Catherine Gillies (Kumari) is a direct disciple of Swami Vishnudevananda. She has been teaching Sivananda Yoga for nearly 30 years. She is founding director of Affiliated Sivananda Yoga Center in Gatineau, Quebec, where she currently offers specialized services in yoga therapy and healing.

Rene Engels

Rene Engels is a certified FallProof™ Balance and Mobility Instructor, teaching Steady As You Go (SAYGO) Falls Prevention workshops. She is the coordinator of Fall Prevention exercise and education classes in the Alberta Health Services in Canada.
