Kathy White is a certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie, a qualified Art Psychotherapist and a Sivananda yoga teacher. She has worked in charitable and national healthcare settings.  She is a staff member of the Findhorn Foundation, a spiritual community and eco-village.
