Under the guidance of our experienced teachers, perfect your basic Yogic postures and breathing exercises. Explore variations on the twelve basic postures and learn advanced Yoga asanas. Ground your practice and give it a deeper meaning by becoming familiar with the core of Yogic philosophy and Yogic scriptures.
