Gracious Living Vegan Nutrition Retreat

Through experiential workshops, we will create several menus composed of tasty, sattvic and energizing vegan dishes, including main courses, side dishes, dressings and scrumptious desserts. During the course you will also be introduced to the compassionate principles of vegan nutrition and learn creative ways to increase fiber intake and stabilize blood sugar, conducive to alkalinizing and nourishing the body. All foods prepared will be wheat-free, dairy-free and sugar-free.
