Grace Van Berkum is a registered holistic nutritionist, Sivananda Yoga teacher, certified personal trainer, and founder of Gracious Living Retreats. Known for her detoxifying and delicious raw, vegan, plant-powered recipe creations, Grace is passionate about the healing power of whole foods from the earth and their ability to increase prana and elevate consciousness. She leads retreats on nutrition, conscious eating, and yoga worldwide and is the author of 30 Days, 30 Ways to Gracious Living.

Brian Culkin

Brian Culkin, Sivananda Yoga teacher, is the founder of Jai Yoga. He has explored the science of meditation and yoga intensively over the past several years. He has studied yoga and meditation around the world including the renowned Esalen Institute where he lived for over a year. While in college Brian was a three time all UCAA basketball player and graduated as the all time leading scorer in the history of the Skidmore College basketball program. He played basketball professionally in Europe as well.

Brian has spoken and consulted with professional athletes, Olympic coaches, CEOs and higher institutions of learning on topics ranging from peak performance, creativity, and human potential.  He is also a talented writer and artist.
