This back care program offers relief for acute and chronic back conditions, various means to maintain a strong back and posture, and practices to prevent difficulties before they develop. You will enjoy a daily modified Hatha Yoga class that introduces not only specific back care exercises but also teaches how to modify the basic yoga postures to relieve and support the healing of various conditions. As well, a daily workshop will highlight the principles and attitudes that support healing.
