  • Morning Yoga class for Seniors includes chair yoga, back care, and joint careĀ  as well as an introduction to the principles of appropriate practice and lifestyle (balance, strength, fall prevention, etc)
  • Afternoon Yoga class - Softening the edges (60+) offers an adapted Hatha Yoga class. Participants learn how to modify the basic postures of the Sivananda Yoga class to meet the needs of a maturing body. Appropriate attitudes are fostered to facilitate an increasing surrender of desires and attachments to the material realm and an enhanced connection to the inner voice of Spirit.
