Coming to Joy: From the World Religions and Neuroscience

Most of the world’s spiritual traditions have evolved the same 18 practices which create bliss in us and recently scientific research in the field of neuroscience has proved that those methods lead to a state of joy. Focusing on those 18 methods as they are described in neuroscience, Yoga, and Kabbalah, through inter-active classes, we will directly experience these methods together and receive materials that will enable us to take them home, integrate them into our daily lives and share them with others. With continued practice of these methods, we will find ourselves in a continual baseline-state of well-being and contentment, despite our external circumstances.
