Overcome Depression and Anxiety Through Yoga


Known as one of the leading causes of disability among people ages 15 to 44, depression and anxiety can hold you back or become a precious turning point in your life’s journey. They can become your teacher, inviting you to change your perspective on life. Yoga ignites such a shift in perspective.

During this workshop you will acquire yogic wisdom related to depression and anxiety and get a better understanding on the workings of the mind. You will also be taught specific asanas and breathing practices, dietary guidelines, and other yogic techniques to ease and relieve depression and anxiety.

This program will be presented by senior staff of the Ashram.
