6:00-8:00am: Satsang (Meditation, Prayers and Special Presentation)

8:00-10:00am: Morning Exercises (Beach Walk, Warm-Ups, Yoga Class)

10:00-11:00am: Brunch

11:00-12:00pm: Selfless Service/Free Time

12:00-1:00pm: Main Lecture (Examples of topics include: Principles of Authentic Weight Loss, Practices to Manage Weight at Home, Stress and Time Management, Nutrition, Mindful Eating, Exploring Relationships with Food, the Self, and Others )

1:00-3:00pm: Mid-Day Relaxation (Beach time, Reading, Writing, Afternoon Yoga Vacation Programs offered by the Yoga Retreat, Free Time to do Homework, Etc.)

3:00-4:00pm: Ocean-View Exercise Class (For Strength and Fat-Burning)

4:00-5:30pm: Group Discussion

5:30-6:00pm: Free Time to Shower/Relax

6:00-7:00pm: Dinner

7:00-8:00pm: Free Time

8:00-10:00pm: Satsang (Meditation, Prayers and Special Presentation)
