Description

In this experiential course, students learn how to modify and offer a variety of classes for beginners, seniors, those with special needs and more. Students will learn about the essentials of yoga while also gaining an understanding of deeper practices such as breath control (pranayama) and meditation.

This course will be taught in 2 segments: the morning session includes Foundation Training in modified yoga practices while the afternoon session will focus more on Teacher Training. It is open to those who would like to learn a modified yoga practice for themselves and also for those looking to teach modified and adapted yoga to others.
