Yoga is a path for healing, optimal wellness, mental peace, transformation and spiritual growth. It is very adaptable and useful to be done anywhere and anytime. Learn in these workshops how you can do 5 or 10 minutes of yoga and feel the benefits, at the office, home or while travelling. Learn to do and share Yoga in ways that are practical and useful to yourself and others and learn ways to merge yoga into your daily lifestyle. Yoga is for everyone!
All workshops include a 30-minute lecture and a 1-hour participatory class.
- April 3rd: Stress Management and Yoga. Learn why and how yoga helps manage and reduce stress and increase our health and peace of mind. Restorative and Gentle Yoga postures and techniques practiced.
- April 4th: Yoga Works at Work - Bringing Wellness into the Workplace. Learn why Yoga is so effective in the work place setting, including nonprofits, corporations and at your own small company or home office. Yoga is a perfect remedy to ease work related stress, keep the mind clear and yourself effective and productive.
- April 5th: Chair Yoga - Yoga for Everyone. Yoga class adapted in chairs (standing and seated) for all chair yoga trainees, ashram guests & staff to learn adaptive yoga. Learn to do Yoga even with injuries, if ill or with limited mobility.
