Balancing postures can be a source of great relaxation once perfected, yet many find them challenging to master as they require refined technique. Individual adjustments, exploration of postures’ anatomy, guided imagery, and positive reinforcement techniques will be used to deepen your sense of balance. In the process you will also develop better concentration and will power.
