The Vedanta philosophy asserts that we live in ignorance -- that we see the world in a distorted way and therefore we suffer. The Vedanta philosophy dare say that the end of ignorance is also the end of suffering. The root of ignorance is the ignorance regarding our own selves. Meditation is a tool for Self analysis. Through meditation we learn to introvert and probe our inner world and, ultimately, get to know our True Self. During this program we'll discuss the theory of the Advaita Vedanta Philosophy. We'll learn different meditation techniques and, most importantly, have a hands-on practice of these techniques.
