Yoga for Stress Management

In these workshops, we will study how the "stress response" works and how to manage it by detecting the early signs, such as irritability, impatience, etc... and by applying cognitive as well as ancient Yoga techniques such as breath awareness and control.  We will also look into how to create a Yogic lifestyle as a preventive measure against the "stress-out" syndrome.
