Learn how to incorporate meditative practices in your daily routine and reach true peace of mind. Our staff will lead you through guided meditations, meditative asana classes and pranayama (breathing) exercises to still the body and mind and remove agitation, stress and anger. It is also recommended to take the time and practice mauna (observing silence) for one or two hours daily. The tranquil environment of the Ashram is the perfect setting to support you on this journey to finding your inner bliss.
