Teen Yoga is a practical hands-on course that trains Sivananda TTC graduates and yoga teachers from other traditions how to teach teens in a school or outside environment. The goal of the course is to provide a toolbox of information, background, structure, and ethical advice so you can deliver relevant yoga teachings to teens that draw from your own personal practice, experience, and innate wisdom.
