During this workshop you will acquire yogic wisdom related to depression and anxiety and get a better understanding on the workings of the mind.
What to Bring
Casual comfortable clothes, yoga mat, meditation cushion, meditation shawl, toiletries, slip-on sandals, clothing for warm days and cool mornings/evenings, rainwear, flashlight, insect repellent, alarm clock, travel mug/tumbler, water bottle, sunscreen, beach towel and bathing suit, snorkeling equipment. For tent space only: bring your own tent, bedding, and towels.
