Yoga for Seniors
Stay strong, prevent falls and maintain your independence through an enjoyable Yoga practice that will improve your strength, focus and confidence.
Arrival & Departure
It is recommended to spend at least a few days in the Yoga Retreat before the start of any course. This will allow your body and mind time to rest, re-energize and be nourished by the ashram environment. You can then begin your studies feeling relaxed and refreshed. You may also wish to stay for a few days after the completion of the course to allow the teachings you have received to integrate more fully into your consciousness within the supportive environment of the ashram. If your schedule does not allow an extended stay, course participants have found it useful to arrive at the Yoga Retreat at least one day before the start of the course and to leave at least one day after the graduation. If you decide to arrive early and stay longer, please register for the Yoga Vacation Program for those additional days.
