Course Details
"The Positive Thinking course was a wonderful and very inspiring experience. The course gives very practical lessons on how positive thinking helps us to improve our attitude towards life by entering and influencing the filter of our subconscious mind in a positive way and applying yogic techniques for overcoming negative thoughts or emotions for spiritual growth. Shambu-Das Chaitanya is a wonderful and very experienced teacher who shares a lot of insights from his own experience."
-Volker Dieze, Columbia
In this course you will learn how to utilize your thoughts in order to bring more harmony, peace and success into your life. We are usually controlled by habitual negative thought patterns which sabotage our hopes for inner and outer fulfillment in life. The key for positive change comes from within. We all know it to be true and this course will teach you how to actually create that change. You will learn how to become a "Master" in the art of communication with your subconscious mind. You will learn to identify hidden attachments to negative tendencies and to remove these tendencies by correct enquiry. This removal will allow you to successfully apply techniques such as postive affirmation and creative imagery and so to attain lasting positive change in your life.
Students will practice asana, pranayama, chanting and meditation as part of the ashram daily schedule. These practices are very beneficial for the successful application of the positive thinking techniques and creative imagery that will be taught and practiced.
