Biography

Ravit Schraiber Ben-Ishai (Omkari) M.D. is a medical doctor and Director of the Family Health Clinic in Kiryat Gat, Israel. She specializes in Family Medicine and mind-body medicine. She is a Sivananda trained yoga teacher with over 11 years of experience teaching yoga. She specializes in prenatal yoga classes and serves as the main prenatal yoga teacher at the Sivananda Yoga Center in Tel Aviv. She is a mother of three with much personal experience in adapting yoga practice to pregnancy and preparation for labor.
