You can participate in the Yoga Vacation Program for any length of time; even a weekend stay will recharge your body, mind and soul! If you've had little previous exposure to yoga and wish to get the most out of your visit, we recommend that you plan a one- or two-week yoga getaway. This ensures that you will experience the equivalent to 3-6 months of weekly yoga classes.
The Yoga Vacation Program is also a great way to add a day or two to either side of a course of training.
