Thai Yoga Massage is a bodywork treatment that relieves muscular tension, improves circulation, boosts the immune system and balances the body energetically, facilitating mind-body integration. The practitioner guides the recipient through a series of Yoga postures while palming and thumbing along the body's energy lines and pressures points. In this unique way, Thai Massage blends elements of acupressure, Yoga, reflexology, physiotherapy, meditation, energy healing, chiropractic and Ayurveda.
