Helping Adults and Children in Overcoming Trauma and PTSD

Cindy Beers
Registration is closed for this course.
Tuition: $650

In this training we will explore proven yogic techniques for helping adults and children overcome the debilitating effects of Trauma and PTSD. We will explore what happens in the brain and how specific methods of movement can help people move back into life with more ease. We will identify the role of the caregiver and teacher in the healing process and how we can be a part of a wellness team. We will also examine potential triggers and how to buffer them when working as a caregiver.

This training is geared toward yoga teachers, caregivers, and those healing themselves and will address yoga therapeutics for multigenerational trauma, abuse, addiction, depression, anxiety, and anger.
