Health Hut Green Smoothie

Our Bahamas Boutique & Health Hut green smoothie recipe is the perfect pick for starting off the new year on a healthy note. At Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat, we started serving up smoothies several years ago in our little health hut, helping our guests to feel nourished and refreshed when they come back from the beach! It’s simple and delicious.

Green Smoothie Recipe

3/4 cup Almond Milk

1.5 large Bananas (frozen bananas will make the consistency creamier)

A handful of your favorite green (we love spinach)

A pinch of cinnamon

A dash of ginger

Put them all in your blender together, and serve room temperature or chilled, as you like.
