Alyce Wellons, LCSW, has been a psychotherapist for more than 18 years, working with individuals and couples in short and long-term psychotherapy. A LifeForce Yoga practitioner, she incorporates body-based healing modalities for wellness in both work and life.
Practicing at the intersection of neurobiology and body-based modalities, Alyce incorporates mindfulness into all her work, inviting her clients to tap into the body’s natural capacity to heal itself. Warm and humor-filled, Alyce also believes in respectful laughter as a way to connect and navigate difficult passages.
