Beth Spindler has taught for four decades internationally in yoga-related studies. Beth has studied in all branches of the Krishnamacharya lineage, as well as in Sri Vidya Tantra, Kundalini, Anusara, Phoenix Rising. A trainer of hundreds of teachers, Beth has also studied modern trauma counseling, neuroscience, and biomechanics with the intent of making yoga accessible to everyone.
