Nisha Manek, born and raised in Kenya, earned her medical degree from the University of Glasgow, and upon completion of her rheumatology fellowship at Stanford University, she pursued her medical career at the Mayo Clinic.

To better understand energy medicine, she studied the human biofield and human intention as variables in healing. Nisha is a clinical instructor for the fellowship in integrative medicine at the University of Arizona, bringing together the science of body, mind, and spirit for arthritic diseases.
