Swami Aparokshananda Saraswati is a disciple of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and a traditional teacher of Vedanta internationally. He began a profession as a civil engineer and later worked in the Asia-Africa Division of the World Bank, executing multi-million dollar infrastructure projects as a consultant.

Feeling an inner emptiness in his lifestyle, he gravitated toward the swamis of the Chinmaya Mission. After spending many years in the traditional Gurukulam system, he now teaches Vedanta, Patanjali Yoga Sutras, Sanskrit, and other related texts internationally.

Swami Aparokshananda Saraswati is also a student of physics, astro-physics, and psychoanalysis for the past 50 years.
