Swami Chidananda Puri is founder and acharya of the Advaita Ashram in Kerala, India. A renowned teacher of Vedanta and Hinduism, he is a visiting professor at the University of Calicut and one of the world’s foremost social leaders in preserving the spiritual and cultural legacy of India. The author of more than 40 books, Swami Chidananda Puri teaches residential and non-residential courses in the Upanishads, Bhagavad Gita, Brahma Sutras, and other classical Vedic texts in ashrams and centers. He works tirelessly in service, and is the founder of a free medical clinic serving local communities, a home for the elderly, and a district primary school, and a monthly magazine imparting the wisdom of Sanathana Dharma.
