Paul Epstein ND – The Mind Body Connection

Dr. Paul Epstein discusses the connection between mind and body in relation to healing chronic pain and other conditions which are significantly impacted by stress.

Paul Epstein, ND, graduated from the National College of Naturopathic Medicine, and has been a pioneer and leading voice in mind-body integrative medicine for more than 30 years. It is his fervent belief that authentic healing occurs only when the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — is engaged in the healing process. He maintains a private practice in Westport, Connecticut, and travels extensively, lecturing and leading workshops, seminars, and retreats worldwide. He also trains health practitioners seeking to integrate mind-body methodology into their therapeutic work. He is the author of many articles on mindfulness and integrative medicine, and is the author of the book, Happiness Through Meditation.
